This cuts the physical resolution of the pages in half. It results in the fastest processing time and the tiniest file size, but text and images will look noticeably blurry. Best for simple archiving where visual quality doesn't matter.

This scales the document down to 70% of its original size. It provides the perfect balance for most users—drastically reducing file size while keeping text fully readable on screens.

This barely shrinks the document (90% of original size), preserving almost all crisp details. Use this if you have high-quality images or charts that cannot lose their sharpness, though the file size will remain larger.
